Manufacturing Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of processes and practices to ensure compliance with applicable standards and criteria
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable feedback on assessment results
• Develop strategies, plans, and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies
• Communicate effectively across all parts of the business and at multiple levels of management
• Continuously assess potential risks and identify gaps in processes or resources impacting business operations
• Coordinate resources to enhance operational efficiency within the 777 Workforce Integration Team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience presenting information to senior leadership
• Strong data analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to remain adaptable and execute tasks with urgency
