Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, training, compliance, and lean initiatives across 737 Delivery Operations
• Lead and develop manufacturing teams to drive a One BPS culture and production health
• Develop and execute project and process plans, implementing policies and operational goals
• Manage employees performing advanced technical tasks to resolve production concerns
• Build and maintain partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
• Provide oversight and approval for technical approaches, products, and processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
• 1+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position
• 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement tools
• 1+ years of experience working with a Line Side Control Center (LSCC)
• 3+ years of experience with data analytics
• 2+ years of experience communicating effectively with employees, peers, and senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
