Manufacturing Module Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing line setup projects
• Drive process development and production readiness for new products
• Coordinate layout planning, equipment selection, and process flow design
• Ensure successful installation, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and ramp-up of new production lines
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
• Track project KPIs including timeline, cost, yield, throughput, and quality metrics
• Act as the primary interface between Product, Design, Manufacturing, Automation, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
• Drive manufacturability reviews (DFM/DFA) with design teams
• Capture project learnings and develop standardized deployment frameworks

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialisation, or technical program management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing process development and line deployment
• Experience leading manufacturing line setup, automation deployment, or NPI programs
• Exposure to high-precision assembly, automation systems, or EV/battery manufacturing preferred
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems for technical decision-making
• Experience working with system integrators, machine builders, and equipment vendors
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and project tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
