Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage employees performing activities across multiple manufacturing disciplines
• Develop and execute business plans, policies, procedures, and technical strategies
• Acquire resources, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
• Manage, develop, and motivate employees on the 2nd shift

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience using the One Boeing Production System (BPS) or Lean tools and principles
• 3+ years of experience using continuous improvement techniques
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing presentations for senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, and guiding teams
• 3+ years of experience communicating with employees, customers, and all levels of leadership
• Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles
