Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage employees performing activities across multiple manufacturing disciplines
• Develop and execute business plans, policies, procedures, and technical strategies
• Acquire resources and provide technical management of suppliers
• Lead process improvements and oversee technical approaches, products, and processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
• Manage, develop, and motivate team members to support business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of leadership experience (team leader, formal manager, or large-scale project management)
• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
• 3+ years of experience using continuous improvement techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a team in a formal or informal leadership role
• 1+ years of experience within the Boeing Production System (BPS)
• 1+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques
• Experience utilizing performance indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Manufacturing
