Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop manufacturing teams within the Emergent Operations Team to drive production health
• Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures while establishing technical strategies
• Provide technical management of suppliers and lead continuous process improvement initiatives
• Oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and manufacturing processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, partners, and direct reports
• Lead, motivate, and coach employees to embrace a high-performance culture

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
• 1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Manufacturing data
