Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop manufacturing teams within the Emergent Operations Team to drive production health
• Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures while establishing technical strategies
• Acquire resources and provide technical management of suppliers to lead process improvements
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, peers, partners, and direct reports
• Provide oversight and approval for technical approaches, products, and manufacturing processes
• Motivate and develop employees to embrace a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or a manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of experience leading teams, managing large-scale projects, or formal management experience
• 1+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
• 1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
• 1+ years of experience communicating effectively with employees, customers, and all levels of leadership
