Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the 737 North Line Team by demonstrating and holding all accountable to Boeing Values and Behaviors
• Coach, develop, and motivate employees across multiple manufacturing disciplines
• Develop and execute business plans, policies, procedures, and technical strategies
• Manage resources and provide technical management of suppliers to drive process improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
• Provide oversight and approval for technical approaches, products, and processes
• Prioritize first-pass quality and maintain a "Clean as You Go" philosophy to ensure safety and compliance

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing
• 1+ years of experience using Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement techniques
• Ability to work 2nd shift, including overtime and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
