Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate employees by demonstrating Boeing Values and Behaviors
• Coach and develop team members across multiple manufacturing disciplines
• Manage production excellence focusing on safety, quality, compliance, and delivery
• Execute business plans, policies, and technical strategies using Boeing Production System standards
• Drive process improvements and manage technical approaches for products and processes
• Maintain strong partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and direct reports

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing
• 1+ years of experience using Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement techniques
• Ability to work 3rd shift, overtime, and weekends as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
