Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
• Develop and implement business plans, policies, procedures, and technical strategies
• Promote employee engagement and build a culture focused on safety and quality performance
• Forecast resource needs and manage personnel, facilities, equipment, and training
• Provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
• Oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)
• Experience driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with leadership and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
• Familiarization and utilization of lean tools and principles
• Strong digital literacy, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Hands-on manufacturing or machining experience
• High emotional intelligence and resilience
