Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage employees performing activities across multiple manufacturing disciplines
• Develop and execute business plans, policies, procedures, and technical strategies
• Acquire resources, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
• Manage, develop, and motivate team members to embrace Boeing Production System (BPS) culture

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management) or completion of Boeing's "Exploring Leadership" course
• 3+ years of experience in an Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal leadership capacity
• 1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
• 1+ years of experience using the Boeing Production System (BPS)
• Commitment to "Go for Zero" and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles
• Ability to work variable shifts
