Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Powder and Spray Dry team across three shifts to achieve operational goals in safety, quality, and performance
• Manage production teams through goal setting, coaching, supervision, and performance evaluations
• Optimize shop floor efficiency to increase throughput, decrease operating expenses, and decrease inventory
• Drive the rollout of operational tools including 5S, Buffer management, IP, and 6-Sigma
• Manage production resources and streamline schedules to meet customer and market requirements cost-effectively
• Monitor and control production expenses, headcount, and manufacturing capacity planning
• Promote GMP, HACCP, and quality concepts within the production area
• Ensure ESH and sustainability compliance by monitoring safety processes and supporting audits
• Create, update, and maintain SOPs to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 10+ years of experience in production management
• Proficiency with SAP
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality management
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence change
