Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end manufacturing execution with OEM/ODM partners from build kickoff through shipment
• Drive production scheduling, capacity planning, material readiness, and on-time delivery
• Manage builds through prototype, EVT/DVT/PVT, pilot, ramp, and mass production milestones
• Oversee server platform integration including PCIe accelerators, CPUs, memory, storage, and firmware loading
• Lead NPI manufacturing readiness and coordinate pilot builds and test plan validation
• Maintain configuration control including serial number tracking and production test data traceability
• Monitor yield, defect trends, and rework rates while holding partners accountable to factory KPIs
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing defects and RMAs
• Manage material readiness, BOM accuracy, and ECO implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in OEM/ODM manufacturing or server hardware operations
• Experience managing server, storage, networking, AI accelerator, GPU, or NPU hardware
• Strong understanding of server system assembly, integration, test, and quality control processes
• Knowledge of PCBA, PCIe cards, system-level testing, and factory diagnostics
• Familiarity with BOM, ECO, AVL/AML, PCN, and material planning
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies like RCA, 8D, FA, and CAPA
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI/GPU servers or hyperscale data center hardware
• Experience managing manufacturers in Taiwan, China, Korea, or Southeast Asia
• Working knowledge of PCIe Gen4/Gen5 and thermal/power delivery management
• Familiarity with server BIOS, BMC, IPMI/Redfish, and Linux-based diagnostics
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP, PLM, or MES systems
• Business proficiency in Mandarin
