Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead site activities to improve performance in HSE, Quality, Production, and Cost
• Establish operational objectives and assignments in collaboration with the site leadership team
• Develop and manage the annual Operations budget
• Oversee and manage the production and operations managerial team
• Analyze data, trends, and internal forecasts to drive manufacturing strategic planning
• Monitor manufacturing effectiveness and implement changes using Continuous Improvement philosophies
• Focus on people development, process improvement, and cost reduction

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP
• Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to manage shift operations and coordinate complex production activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years of related management experience
• Practical knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or High Performance Work Teams
