Manufacturing Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 52-week immersive rotational program covering production, quality, maintenance, and leadership
• Gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, mix room processes, and packaging machinery
• Support quality assurance through product inspections, sensory evaluation, and food safety compliance
• Shadow maintenance and engineering teams to learn about equipment reliability and troubleshooting
• Develop leadership skills through coaching, delegation, and managing small teams in a production environment
• Drive operational improvements using data and root-cause analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership ability through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts during program rotations

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent university graduate
• Prior internship or experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or quality
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
