Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and procedures for buildings and equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and components
• Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts and cleaning supplies
• Operate vehicles, powered industrial trucks, and aerial lifts safely
• Execute routine building maintenance including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks
• Complete administrative duties, including reporting maintenance statuses and documenting labor and parts usage
• Respond to emergency maintenance and repair calls
• Maintain professional relationships with contracted vendors

Requirements

• High School degree
• Strong mechanical skills
• Solid problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with spreadsheets
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Availability to work the second shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday)
