Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), diagnostics, and equipment setup in compliance with cGMP, SOP, and safety standards
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance documentation
• Support new equipment installations, engineering changes, and spare parts management
• Safely operate maintenance tools and test equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Production maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills, including reading schematics and using a voltmeter
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and mechanical troubleshooting
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentation
