About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance operations, including the planning, coordination, and execution of preventive, predictive, and TPM initiatives.
- Maximize equipment reliability and asset performance through proactive maintenance strategies.
- Drive safety and compliance by ensuring adherence to OSHA and corporate policies, leading incident investigations, and managing risk mitigation.
- Optimize performance and costs by leveraging CMMS data and Lean practices to reduce downtime and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage the maintenance team, overseeing staffing, professional development, and performance management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production and engineering departments to support facility objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience, OR Associate's Degree with 10+ years, OR High School Diploma with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven manufacturing maintenance experience, specifically with hands-on troubleshooting of PLC-controlled automated equipment (electrical and mechanical).
- Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Deep knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including schematics, engineering drawings, and manuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) and PLC software (e.g., Allen-Bradley).
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certifications.
- Experience implementing reliability-based maintenance programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
