Manufacturing Leadership Development Program Associate

Responsibilities

• Complete multiple-functional rotations (12 months each) within Global Manufacturing, including MSAT, Quality, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
• Participate in a Leadership Development Series focused on leading self, others, and influencing senior stakeholders
• Engage in executive mentorship and high-impact operations experiences
• Drive enterprise-wide business outcomes through structured rotational exposure

Requirements

• Recent M.S. or M.A. graduate (Class of 2023-2026)
• 2-3 years of professional experience in life sciences, manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain
• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain/Manufacturing, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential
