Manufacturing Lead Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leaders with warehouse activities, including scheduling, changeovers, and employee productivity.
• Support production processes through in-process quality checks, equipment calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate training for new or new-to-role team members to ensure successful performance.
• Operate robot pendants to support manufacturing needs and production training.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality auditors to drive continuous process improvements and root cause analysis.
• Monitor and communicate workplace activities, plant-wide news, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, 5S+1, and workplace policies.

Requirements

• Associate degree or certification in a related discipline.
• At least two years of manufacturing-related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculating percentages.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in related manufacturing competencies.
• Proficient knowledge of Work Panel View and SPC charts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
