About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead manufacturing processes for specialty injectables, ensuring high-quality production in a cGMP clean room environment.
  • Perform job responsibilities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production records.
  • Coordinate daily tasks, materials, staffing, and resources for Manufacturing Operators and Technicians.
  • Train and mentor team members in specialty injectable processes and aseptic techniques.
  • Execute equipment setup, operation, disassembly, and sanitation for filling and bulking processes.
  • Conduct final reviews of processes and perform in-process reviews of batch records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain log books, production records, and associated documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Handle hazardous raw materials and cleaning solutions following all safety procedures and chemical spill protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • STEM Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of technical manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more).
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to wear a respirator for extended periods (up to 4 hours).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience in an aseptic (sterile) manufacturing environment.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $39.00 - $42.00 depending on experience.
  • Shift differentials available (B Shift: $2.50/hr; D Shift: $4.50/hr).
