About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead aseptic manufacturing processes, including the setup and operation of equipment for injectable pharmaceutical products.
  • Perform manufacturing tasks (bulk, fill, stopper, label, and package) in a clean room environment following strict SOPs and production records.
  • Set up and operate semi-automatic filling and compounding equipment for syringes and injectable products.
  • Conduct routine sampling, biological sampling, and visual/physical inspections of in-process and finished products.
  • Document all production activities accurately using regulatory-controlled documents, production records, and log books.
  • Maintain a cGMP environment through facility cleaning, equipment assembly, disassembly, and sanitation.
  • Train and mentor Aseptic Operators and Technicians within the Injectable Products team.
  • Act as a second-checker to ensure all production activities are performed correctly per batch records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong math and writing skills for accurate documentation.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more).
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment requiring full gowning (Tyvek, masks, gloves, etc.).
  • Ability to pass quantitative and verbal assessment tests.
