Manufacturing Key User - Hygienic Fluid Handling (D365)

Responsibilities

• Act as the factory subject matter expert for D365 Manufacturing functions
• Bridge the gap between global processes and local factory needs through training and support
• Define, test, and implement business scenarios to ensure local processes fit OneERP standards
• Drive local data cleansing and migration from legacy systems (Movex) to D365
• Support end-users through change management and post-go-live process governance
• Serve as the primary point of contact and super-user for manufacturing and planning processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Planning functions
• Strong proficiency in IT systems and digital tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and train staff on new processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with D365 or other major ERP implementations
• Exposure to large-scale program management or IT transformation projects
• Knowledge of ALPS
