Manufacturing Generalist

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and daily operational documentation.
• Audit daily production reports to ensure accuracy of labor, production, waste, and inventory data.
• Enter and maintain data within internal systems for production and inventory purposes.
• Prepare and distribute finance, operational, and performance reports.
• Coordinate attendance tracking, scheduling updates, and general administrative support.
• Assist Quality and EHS teams by completing assigned audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Support incident investigations and document findings within the CAPA tracking system.
• Coordinate training activities related to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Assist on the production line as needed to cover breaks and absenteeism.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production support, clerical, or administrative roles.
• Exposure to EHS, Quality, or compliance systems.
