Manufacturing FLM/Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of operators to achieve daily operational and customer service targets
• Oversee manufacturing and maintenance operations, including the management of raw and packaging materials
• Ensure strict adherence to safety (OSHE), quality, and cost compliance standards within the unit
• Manage employee relations to maintain high engagement levels and implement HR policies
• Drive factory improvement programs and support the implementation of new innovations and ramp-up plans
• Manage and optimize the deployment of resources, people budgets, and physical assets

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and managing teams of operators in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in managing manufacturing and maintenance operations
• Demonstrated ability to achieve safety, quality, and service level standards
• Experience managing raw and packaging material workflows
• Ability to implement HR policies and manage people budgets and assets
