Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle equipment tasks including refurbishment, installation, and commissioning of vacuum sputtering automated equipment
• Execute preventive maintenance plans including annual, quarterly, and monthly inspections
• Participate in design optimization and improvement projects for key components to enhance reliability
• Utilize internal AI tools to analyze operational data for troubleshooting and failure diagnosis
• Adhere to Integrated Management System (IMS) standards for Quality and EHS
• Manage spare parts and maintain standardized on-site working environments

Requirements

• College diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical control fundamentals
• Proficiency with maintenance and testing tools, jigs, fixtures, and instrumentation
• Experience in automated equipment installation, maintenance, or spare parts repair

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience maintaining vacuum coating automated equipment
• Experience independently managing equipment modification projects
