About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead maintenance operations for high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing facilities
  • Manage equipment installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance programs
  • Conduct equipment FMEAs and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations
  • Implement and manage site CMMS to track asset documentation and work orders
  • Oversee daily maintenance functions including project planning, breakdowns, and repairs
  • Manage and train department team members to establish and maintain suitable programs
  • Select and develop relationships with local and national third-party vendors
  • Review Maintenance KPIs including safety, uptime, and departmental spend metrics

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Engineering BA/BS preferred)
  • Extensive experience with formal preventative maintenance programs and work order processes
  • Proficiency using CMMS platforms for asset management and performance analysis
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods (8-12 hours)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in variable weather conditions and noisy environments
  • Comfort wearing appropriate PPE in production and warehouse areas
