Manufacturing Equipment Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support the Department Manager in developing company goals, strategy, and tactics
• Work with the team to ensure execution of goals related to yield, quality, cost, utilization, productivity, and cycle time
• Manage Prober, Tester, probe card management, and machine troubleshooting
• Apply knowledge of wafer equipment to support manufacturing operations

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronics, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to use statistical tools for data analysis
• Familiarity with computerized systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to present comfortably to large groups
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills
