About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, set up, and execute equipment fabrication on manufacturing lines
- Assemble, install, and maintain test infrastructure including fixtures, sensors, and power supplies
- Operate equipment and ensure safe handling of high-voltage systems
- Collect, organize, and document test data and observations
- Perform failure triage and support root-cause investigations through teardowns
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through assembly and troubleshooting
- Maintain build documentation, work instructions, and change logs
- Manage lab inventory and validate high-voltage electrical sub-systems
Requirements
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years of experience in a lab, manufacturing, or test environment
- Experience working with high-voltage systems (400–2000VDC and 480–800VAC)
- Strong hands-on skills with mechanical assembly, wiring, and instrumentation
- Proficiency in following procedures and maintaining detailed documentation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive motions
- Manual dexterity for precision soldering and microscope work
