Manufacturing Engineering Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify manufacturing ranges for new products
• Lead manufacturability analyses and propose technical solutions to secure production
• Participate in the definition and implementation of tools, means, and workstations
• Write technical documentation including manufacturing files, work instructions, process FMEA, and control plans
• Analyze industrial performance (quality, cost, lead time) and lead non-conformity reduction actions
• Implement Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, VSM, DMAIC) in collaboration with field teams
• Drive process optimization projects including automation, robotics, and digitalization
• Provide daily technical support to production teams
• Contribute to root cause analysis (8D, RCA) and complex problem resolution
• Participate in internal and external audits

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in electronics, industrialization, or methods
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing project management or the aerospace/defense industrial sector
• Knowledge of electronics and quality standards
• Proficiency in creating/modifying assembly or manufacturing ranges, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Competence in continuous improvement tools (Lean/Green Belt appreciated)
• Rigorous, team player, and capable of knowledge sharing
