Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide daily work direction, performance metrics, and coaching to Manufacturing Engineering Technicians
• Lead cross-functional teams from Quality and Operations to execute product quality and manufacturing improvement projects
• Manage technician workloads and project timelines to achieve operational success through continuous improvement
• Implement methods to validate process capabilities and establish manufacturing standards
• Develop project budgets, resource allocations, and high-level schedules for large-scale projects
• Collaborate with R&D teams to apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
• Ensure compliance with all Quality policies, safety regulations, and ISO/ASI certifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years of engineering work experience
• Proven leadership and coaching experience
• Proficiency in CREO or SolidWorks
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sonic, spin, heat, or injection molding processes
• Ability to understand and speak Mandarin as a second language
