Manufacturing Engineering Senior Professional

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance projects for construction, infrastructure, piping, and static equipment
• Develop and optimize maintenance plans, job scopes, frequencies, and technical procedures to support asset reliability and integrity
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling and shutdown activities with Operations, Maintenance, and other stakeholders
• Manage planning activities in SAP PM, including materials, spare parts, master data, BOMs, and resource availability
• Monitor maintenance performance indicators and recommend improvements to strengthen reliability and execution
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PSM, and site safety requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, reliability, asset integrity, or industrial maintenance
• Strong proficiency in SAP PM and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, materials management, and spare parts control
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Process Safety Management standards
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with construction maintenance, piping systems, and static equipment
• Knowledge of welding processes, NDT, equipment repair practices, and contractor management
• Experience with budget monitoring and cost control in maintenance environments
