Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the preliminary study phase including workshop architecture, flow optimization, and production means transfer
• Propose solutions for optimization, robotization, and automation
• Manage industrial methods studies and industrial transfers during the deployment phase
• Consolidate performance improvement initiatives and ensure industrial piloting
• Supervise the implementation of works and guarantee operational performance during the exploitation phase
• Act as the ALTEN lead interface with the client and all internal/external stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Proven expertise in launching new factories or industrial activities
• Experience in optimization, robotization, and automation of production means
• Expertise in complex industrial project management (methods, flows, production transfers)
• Proficiency in industrial design software (CATIA, SolidWorks)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira)
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Knowledge of the Aerospace, Space, and Defense (ASD) sector is a major asset
