Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Manufacturing Engineering team from a functional perspective
• Manage capital asset forecasts and equipment, including upgrade and replacement plans for production equipment and facilities systems
• Lead the development of technical compliance, assessment, and development practices in accordance with existing SOPs, WIs, and SFTs
• Develop and implement major improvement programs focused on quality, output, yield, and cost reduction
• Interface with customers and strategic teams to ensure customer needs are met, including site transitions
• Coordinate the implementation of Engineering metrics and standardization
• Drive succession planning and provide coaching to help team members realize their full potential

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 5 or more years of related manufacturing engineering experience
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Experience with capital asset forecasting and equipment management
• Ability to perform technical compliance assessments
