Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage tool designers, test and control systems developers, facilities engineering, and manufacturing support personnel
• Schedule workflow and coordinate personnel resources to meet production goals
• Serve as the technical interface between design engineering and manufacturing departments
• Design and illustrate necessary tools, fixtures, molds, and machines
• Organize and execute complex manufacturing and testing projects
• Monitor and advise on daily production and maintenance activities
• Develop procedures for production, assembly, molding, and testing
• Provide leadership through coaching, training, and professional development of staff

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred (or 11+ years of extensive engineering and tooling design experience)
• 7+ years of engineering and tooling design experience
• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD or Solidworks
• Advanced mathematical capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• US Citizenship is required (Dual citizenship cannot be accepted)
