Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical resource on the manufacturing line to resolve real-time engineering issues
  • Lead process development, documentation, and continuous improvement for assembly and testing
  • Drive design-for-manufacturability (DFM) feedback and manage transitions from R&D to production

Requirements

  • 6+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with 2+ years in a technical lead capacity
  • Experience with complex electromechanical or rotating machinery assembly
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with flywheel or rotating energy storage systems
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD/PDM tools
  • Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
