About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with engineering report writing, including data collection, analysis, and documentation of findings
  • Draft, review, and update manufacturing protocols, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
  • Support troubleshooting efforts for manufacturing processes, equipment, and production issues
  • Participate in quality-related activities, such as root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help maintain and organize engineering and manufacturing documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
