Manufacturing Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• Gain first-hand experience in the energy and petrochemical industry through technical activities including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Support improvement initiatives and programs to achieve safe, reliable, and optimized unit operations
• Investigate equipment failures to ensure recommendations address the root cause with cost-effective mitigations
• Participate in significant development projects and gain insights into operational fundamentals
• Prepare a final presentation or report regarding project delivery and performance for formal review

Requirements

• Currently in the penultimate year of study
• Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Materials, or Mechanical)
• Willingness to work onsite at manufacturing locations in Jurong Island or Pioneer Road

Preferred Qualifications

• Second Upper Honors or above
• Leadership experience in non-academic areas such as co-curricular activities or National Service
