Manufacturing & Engineering Development Program (eXplore Tires)

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to gain in-depth operational knowledge of production processes and rubber technologies
• Complete 4 months of shopfloor experience including shift work
• Execute manufacturing and engineering projects within the plant
• Participate in central training plans to develop technical competencies
• Gain exposure to Marketing & Sales through direct sales experience and customer visits
• Ensure adherence to Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) responsibilities and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026
• Project management experience
• At least two months of international experience (internship, study abroad, or multicultural team environment)
• Unlimited/Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
