About the role
Responsibilities
- Rotate through departments to gain in-depth operational knowledge of production processes and rubber technologies
- Complete 4 months of shopfloor experience including shift work
- Execute manufacturing and engineering projects within the plant
- Participate in central training plans to develop technical competencies
- Gain exposure to Marketing & Sales through direct sales experience and customer visits
- Ensure adherence to Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) responsibilities and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026
- Project management experience
- At least two months of international experience (internship, study abroad, or multicultural team environment)
- Unlimited/Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
