About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map sliding production ranges to define analytical priorities and secure aircraft transitions
- Improve and digitalize site monitoring tools to foster digital collaboration and real-time visibility of work progress
- Identify sources of non-value-added activities and propose corrective action plans to optimize industrial efficiency
- Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, and HSE departments to identify product/human risks and flow disruptions
- Utilize production data from Airbus systems to produce reliable performance indicators and guide technical decisions
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BAC +3 or BAC +5 degree in Aeronautics, Lean Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including waste analysis and Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and a strong interest in digital collaborative tools
- Fluent in French and intermediate proficiency in English
- Ability to observe field operations, communicate complex information, and demonstrate organizational rigor
