Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical training modules covering manufacturing systems, safety, and quality standards
• Support small-scope improvement projects under mentor guidance
• Document observations and complete standard work instructions
• Contribute to yield and efficiency data collection
• Engage in regular milestone assessments and development plan reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
• Fresh graduate or maximum of 1 year of work experience
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or engineering principles
• Willingness to commit to a 24-month structured development program
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic exposure to data analysis, statistics, or process engineering
• Internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, or 8D
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts
• Exposure to HDD, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing industries
