About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured technical training modules covering manufacturing systems, safety, and quality standards
- Support small-scope improvement projects under mentor guidance
- Document observations and complete standard work instructions
- Contribute to yield and efficiency data collection
- Engage in regular milestone assessments and development plan reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- Fresh graduate or maximum of 1 year of work experience
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or engineering principles
- Willingness to commit to a 24-month structured development program
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic exposure to data analysis, statistics, or process engineering
- Internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, or 8D
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts
- Exposure to HDD, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing industries
