Responsibilities
- Drive the development and improvement of plant automation and digitalization initiatives
- Manage workshop automation for system and equipment maintenance
- Lead or support investment projects for new equipment and tooling
- Partner with the Maintenance team to resolve electrical equipment repair issues
- Support new product launches from an electrical engineering perspective
- Establish EMOB production safety procedures
- Collaborate with global teams to implement common solutions that meet global requirements
Requirements
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience within the manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC and AGV systems
- Proven experience in project management
- Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and Smart Factory implementation
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
