Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and improvement of plant automation and digitalization initiatives
• Manage workshop automation for system and equipment maintenance
• Lead or support investment projects for new equipment and tooling
• Partner with the Maintenance team to resolve electrical equipment repair issues
• Support new product launches from an electrical engineering perspective
• Establish EMOB production safety procedures
• Collaborate with global teams to implement common solutions that meet global requirements

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience within the manufacturing industry
• Strong technical knowledge of PLC and AGV systems
• Proven experience in project management
• Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and Smart Factory implementation
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
