Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing plans and oversee plan optimization for special test equipment and electrical assemblies
• Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability matches requirements
• Coordinate with supplier management and project managers to integrate manufacturing requirements, hardware standards, and design criteria
• Document and communicate producibility best practices
• Provide guidance and structured mentoring to other team members
• Coordinate parts procurement using various management tools

Requirements

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Production/Industrial Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 or more years of related work experience
• Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
• Experience with parts obsolescence management, assessment, and monitoring
• Experience working with manufacturing planning tools
• Experience in production systems and supply chain integration
• Experience with procurement and parts acquisition
