About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute activities related to plant expansion, growth, and process improvement projects.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency, productivity, and operational safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Logistics to resolve operational challenges.
- Develop technical specifications for the acquisition of services, tools, equipment, and project resources.
- Generate and maintain machinery dossiers and technical documentation for relevant departments.
- Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Manufacturing, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles within the manufacturing sector.
- English proficiency at a B2 level.
- Experience in reading and interpreting electromechanical blueprints.
- Knowledge of high-risk activities (e.g., electrical work, welding, working at heights, excavations).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and ERP systems.
- Proficiency with CAD tools and manufacturing-related software.
