Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to production personnel and clarify work instructions
• Support Material Review Board (MRB) and Returned Material Authorization (RMA) activities
• Lead root cause investigations using 5-Why analysis and Fishbone diagrams
• Develop and implement containment, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Prepare and process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends and risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams
• Maintain technical documentation and work instructions

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or quality engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
• Experience with structured problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to machining, welding, heat treating, testing, or inspection processes
• Basic statistical analysis skills
