About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for large industrial superconducting MRI magnets
- Interface with production management, quality engineering, design engineering, and production technicians
- Perform root cause analysis of production process failures
- Troubleshoot production equipment issues
- Manage process validation documentation including PFMEA, IQ, TMV, and OQ/PQ
- Conduct statistical analysis of process data
- Design tooling and fixtures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical preferred)
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience with process validation (PFMEA, IQ, TMV, OQ/PQ) and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in tooling and fixture design
- Understanding of Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical device manufacturing
