About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) sub-projects as a manufacturing point of contact
- Provide input into manufacturing requirements, production readiness, and documentation to support design-to-manufacturing transitions
- Assist in creating and maintaining quality control plans and work instructions in alignment with safety and regulatory standards
- Support equipment installation and process ramp-up activities to ensure stable and compliant manufacturing start-ups
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electronics, or Engineering Sciences (or equivalent)
- No prior experience required for Bachelor's degree holders, OR a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with vocational education
- Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts
- Understanding of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to follow defined procedures in a structured environment
- Effective communication and organizational skills for team-based project execution
