About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) sub-projects as a manufacturing point of contact
  • Provide input into manufacturing requirements, production readiness, and documentation to support design-to-manufacturing transitions
  • Assist in creating and maintaining quality control plans and work instructions in alignment with safety and regulatory standards
  • Support equipment installation and process ramp-up activities to ensure stable and compliant manufacturing start-ups
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electronics, or Engineering Sciences (or equivalent)
  • No prior experience required for Bachelor's degree holders, OR a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with vocational education
  • Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts
  • Understanding of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to follow defined procedures in a structured environment
  • Effective communication and organizational skills for team-based project execution
