Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing operations by maintaining process documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, environmental, and legal requirements
• Initiate and sustain continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and structured problem-solving
• Support the installation, startup, and ramp-up of new equipment and manufacturing processes
• Collaborate within a cross-functional organization of engineers, IT specialists, and technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Sciences, or Manufacturing Process Optimization
• Or 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments
• Working knowledge of electrical test equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles
• Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and quality requirements in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to automation, electro-mechanical assemblies, or fabricated and welded assemblies
• Experience with high-vacuum or cryogenic processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills for effective project execution
