About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing operations by maintaining process documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, environmental, and legal requirements
- Initiate and sustain continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and structured problem-solving
- Support the installation, startup, and ramp-up of new equipment and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate within a cross-functional organization of engineers, IT specialists, and technicians
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Sciences, or Manufacturing Process Optimization
- Or 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments
- Working knowledge of electrical test equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles
- Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and quality requirements in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to automation, electro-mechanical assemblies, or fabricated and welded assemblies
- Experience with high-vacuum or cryogenic processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills for effective project execution
