Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions
• Conduct time studies and line balancing to optimize material flow and plant layout
• Provide technical support for operational improvement initiatives (SQDPC)
• Lead deployment of World Class Maintenance (WCM) and autonomous maintenance strategies
• Track critical asset downtime, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement countermeasures to improve OEE
• Manage capital projects from AFE generation to asset release
• Support new product launches and ensure successful qualification of new equipment (SAT/FAT)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office, including MS Project
• Experience operating tools, equipment, and machinery in an industrial setting

Preferred Qualifications

• AutoCAD experience
• Certifications such as CQM, ISO 9000/TS-16949 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Master Black Belt
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
