Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing line performance, lot movement, and WIP status to ensure daily production targets are met
• Identify and analyze process, equipment, and material issues through rigorous root cause analysis
• Implement corrective actions and escalate critical risks impacting production output
• Optimize yield, cycle time, downtime, and productivity through continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage production targets using 4M management (Man, Machine, Material, Method)
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, OCAP, QMS, and safety guidelines
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including output, yield, and downtime
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Equipment, Quality, Planning, and IT
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and manage improvement projects from inception to completion
• Mentor engineers, technicians, and operators to drive skill development and accountability

Requirements

• Proven experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of 4M management principles
• Experience with KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to SOPs and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) processes
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
